This has been an ongoing problem. When we are in uniform or in some unit function, especially during class, show your respect and refer to the Chiefs and above with their ranks. These cadets are chiefs and officers. They have been in the unit for more than 2 years and are your superior cadets. I do not want to hear anymore chiefs/officers being called by their last names. You need to call them either, "Mam/Sir" or with their respective ranks (i.e. Chief, Lieutenant, XO)
